Watch service & repairs by highly trained watch technicians with many years of experience. If your watch must be left for a service estimate, there will be an estimate fee paid up front. If you choose to repair the watch the fee will be deducted from the estimate. Watch estimates can take up to 2 weeks.
Alternatively, we can send your watch directly to the manufacturer for service. High-end watches have a servicing recommendation of every 3 to 5 years to maintain peak performance.
Watch battery replacement is done on site. There are 2 types of batteries, and pricing will depend on the battery type, brand of watch, or how many screws a back may have.
If a watch needs a battery and pressure tested (dive watches, etc.) it will need to be left for a few days, so this process can be done properly.
